01

Boilers

We can install, replace, repair and maintain gas boilers of any type and fit the latest energy-saving devices such as Smart thermostats and TVR’s.

Ask our engineers for advice on the most economical type and size of boiler from your home or commercial promises.

Each and every new boiler installation comes with our 12-month workmanship warranty.

When installing a new boiler, we take your old one away and leave everything neat and tidy.

03

Boiler checks

In today's globalized world, chances are you are interacting with people from more than just one country. This is where our multilingual functionality comes into play. Take advantage of this unique capability to expand your reach.

We recommend having your boiler serviced every year. As part of an annual boiler service, we will check that your boiler is working as it should be and is safe for continued use.

Landlord Gas Safety Checks

It is a legal requirement for gas appliances – for example, boilers and cookers – within rented properties to be inspected by a quailed and registered gas engineer and for the landlord to have a Gas Safety Certificate.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers will be able to provide gas safety inspections at your property at a convenient time to suit you. Following our inspection, you will be provided with a full inspection report valid for 12 months.

02

Boiler repairs

Our engineers are typically called to deal with:

  • Faulty pumps

  • Low water boiler pressure

  • Overflows

  • No heating or hot water

  • Frozen condensate pipe

  • Thermostat problems

  • Gurgling, banging or whistling noises coming from your boiler

  • Pilot light keeps switching off

04

New radiator systems

If you are considering a new radiator system, our engineers will give you all the information you need to make the right decision.
Concerns that often lead to a radiator system replacement include:

  • Consistent uneven heating

  • Increased or costly repairs

  • Increased heating bills

  • Significant rust build-up

  • Multiple leaks

  • Heating capacity doesn’t meet your heating needs

  • Old age (10-20+ years)

Dealing with radiator faults

Radiator systems are an efficient way to heat your home evenly. But when one or more units break, your boiler, plumbing and comfort can suffer.

Typical failures our engineers can resolve include:

  • Malfunctioning thermostat

  • System imbalance

  • Rusty exterior

  • Leaky valves or cracked exterior

  • Faulty wiring or parts

  • Rust build-up on radiators, or connected boiler

  • Trapped air

06

Our Power flushing service

Power flushing involves forceably cleansing a heating system using water at high velocity, but low pressure, so that no physical damage is caused to the system.

Power flushing removes excess flux, swarf, corrosion or sludge, and the grease and oil used to prevent rusting of components before use.
This build-up will, over time, clog up radiator valves, boiler internal parts, heating pumps and zone valves, requiring costly repairs.

07

The signs you need Power Flushing

  • Have you noticed that your Central Heating doesn’t appear to be as warm as it once was?

  • Have your radiators become noisy?

  • Are there cold spots on your radiators, usually at the bottom in the middle?

  • Does it take a long time for your Central Heating to initially warm up?

Once the Power Flush is completed, your Central Heating System is treated with a rust inhibitor solution.

At the end of the flushing process, the system contains fresh, clean water. Reinstatement of the system to normal operation takes only a few minutes.

Landlord’s Gas Safe certificate

As the owner of a rented property, it is your legal responsibility to obtain a Landlord’s Gas Safe certificate to confirm that all gas appliances – such as a central heating boiler, gas hob or gas fire – are safe and working correctly.

Our engineers can make the appropriate checks and provide you with a Landlord’s Safety Certificate. You must keep a copy of the Landlord’s Safety Certificate for 2 years, after which our engineer will contact you to arrange a re-certification visit.
